Mr. Rowe has been Noble County’s Chief Deputy Prosecutor since
1990, and has been a Deputy Prosecutor in Noble County since 1975. He became a
fulltime Chief Deputy Prosecutor in 2002. Previously Mr. Rowe spent 31 years in
the private practice of law in Noble County and has been certified as a mediator
in both civil and domestic cases in Indiana.
He is also a member of the Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Ethics to
interview new applicants to the bar. Mr. Rowe served active duty with the Untied
States Army, Chemical Corps from 1967-1969. In addition to the courts of Indiana
& Florida, Mr. Rowe is also admitted to practice in the United States
District Court for Northern Indiana. Recently
Mr. Rowe was awarded the 2002 Public Service Award for prosecuting and deterring
the crime of arson by the National Society of Professional Insurance
Investigators. He is a member of
the Indiana State Bar Association and the National District Attorneys
Association.
