Greetings and welcome to the web page for the Office of Noble County’s Prosecuting Attorney.  There are several divisions within this office, and it is our hope that this web site will assist each and every one of you in obtaining the information and assistance you need and desire. The Office of the Prosecutor has the traditional role of prosecuting crimes on behalf of the State of Indiana, but also operates a child support enforcement office. The Noble County Child Support Office is routinely among the tops in the State of Indiana for collection and enforcement of child support orders.

In addition, this office provides merchants of Noble County with a bad check restitution program that not only collects bad checks for local merchants, but deposits service fees into the county’s general fund. If you are the victim of a crime you may wish to contact our staff in the Victim’s Assistance Division to inquire about the status of your case, request restitution, or find out what your rights are as a victim of a crime in Indiana.
